• Reach out and follow up with international clients (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.) via phone and email.
• Understand client requirements and direct them to the right internal teams for solutions.
• Introduce our filtration technologies, explain their benefits, and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team.
• Respond to inbound queries professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain precise records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Logistics, Engineering) to ensure smooth client journeys.
• Serve as a professional, technically aware representative of our brand in all interactions.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing telecalling, customer service, or client engagement (preferably B2B or international exposure).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of another language (e.g. Arabic, French, Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, courteous tone, confidence, and ability to converse with professionalism.
• Experience using CRM tools, managing leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Willingness to learn about industrial products and filtration technology.
• High responsiveness, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in hospitality, BPO, or high-end service environments is preferred (where soft skills and communication are key).
• Comfort in handling international conversations, with the ability to understand crosscultural cues.
• Good written communication skills—emails, proposals, follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn technical aspects of industrial filtration.
