1. Design and develop dynamic websites using WordPress and React.js frameworks.
2. Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business requirements.
3. Develop custom React components and integrate them with WordPress backends via REST APIs or GraphQL.
4. Maintain and optimize website performance, ensuring responsive design and fast load times.
5. Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement clean UI/UX.
6. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and conduct thorough testing before deployment.
7. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing client websites.
8. Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and best practices.
9. Perform regular backups, updates, and security monitoring of WordPress websites.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or compatibility issues efficiently.
1. B.Tech / MCA / BCA or relevant technical qualification with 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience.
2. Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development, and site migration.
3. Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
4. Experience working with WordPress REST API and third-party integrations.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and task runners/build tools (Webpack, npm).
6. Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
7. Strong attention to detail with excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
9. Freelance/contractor mindset with ownership of deliverables.
10. Immediate availability would be an added advantage.
