Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate both international and domestic shipments. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of air filtration equipment and spares. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of export-import documentation, and the ability to work effectively with global freight networks and regulatory authorities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage dispatches of air filtration equipment, spares, and assemblies.
• Prepare export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Eway bills, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA agents, and transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments, monitor movements, and update internal teams and clients proactively with ETAs.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update ERP and logistics tracking systems.
• Optimize freight costs and support logistics audits and export documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, export-import, or supply chain, preferably in industrial or engineering companies.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs processes, and export-import documentation.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, Tally, and online shipping portals.
• Strong attention to timelines, accuracy, and detail.
• Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a deadline-driven global logistics environment.

Skills and Experience

• Practical experience with international shipments and freight coordination.
• Understanding of customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Problem-solving approach with proactive communication.
• Capability to handle multiple shipments and tight schedules simultaneously
