• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–8 years of relevant experience in logistics within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Diploma/MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and email communication.
• Strong understanding of sales order dispatch, customs processes, and export-import documentation.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-driven environment.
• Logical, systematic, and detail-oriented working style.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Practical knowledge of domestic and international shipment handling.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working with high-volume dispatch environments.
