Job Overview

Intensiv Filter Himenviro is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our Engineering team! Do you have expertise in designing Pressure Vessels and a strong grasp of ASME codes? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer pressure vessels in compliance with ASME Section VIII and other international codes.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Select suitable materials, welding processes, and thicknesses as per project needs.
• Collaborate with project, procurement, QA/QC, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide support during fabrication, inspection, and testing stages.
• Review and approve vendor drawings/documents.
• Ensure compliance with client, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Bonus: Experience with Bag Filters and Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) will be a strong advantage.

Skills and Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–8 years of proven experience in Pressure Vessel Design.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII, TEMA, and related codes/standards.
• Proficiency in PV Elite, COMPRESS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks (or similar tools).
• Good understanding of fabrication, welding, and inspection practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
