Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive MIS Executive with strong technical expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web scripts, app scripts, app sheets, and dashboard creation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data through comprehensive dashboards and reports, using tools that help streamline our business processes and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage automated reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, and similar tools.
2. Design, implement, and maintain Google App Scripts to automate tasks and workflows across Google Workspace applications.
3. Create, update, and manage flowcharts, inventory management systems, and management information systems (MIS) to streamline business operations.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights using datadriven solutions.
5. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Zoho ERP, SAP, and Oracle systems to ensure smooth integration and data flow.
6. Manage the development and optimization of App Scripts and App Sheets for process automation and app functionality.
7. Work closely with senior managers and other departments to deliver reports, KPIs, and actionable insights based on business requirements.
8. Explore and implement the use of emerging technologies such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve internal processes and decision-making.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or business intelligence (Zoho, SAP, Oracle)
• Expertise in Google App Scripts, Zoho ERP, SAP, Oracle, and process automation tools (Power Automate, App Sheets)
• Proficient in dashboard creation and reporting (Looker Studio, Power BI, Zoho Analytics)
• Strong knowledge of flowchart and inventory management systems
• Skilled in data visualization, reporting, and ensuring data integrity
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for business intelligence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience collaborating with senior management
