uzoq vaqtdan beri elektr stantsiyalari va sanoat inshootlaridan oltingugurt dioksidi chiqindilarini kamaytirish uchun muhim texnologiya bo&#039;lib kelgan. SO\u2082 ko&#039;mir va neft kabi oltingugurt o&#039;z ichiga olgan yoqilg&#039;ilarni yoqish paytida hosil bo&#039;ladigan zararli gazdir. Atmosferaga chiqarilganda, oltingugurt dioksidi odamlarda jiddiy nafas olish muammolarini keltirib chiqarishi va kislotali yomg&#039;ir hosil bo&#039;lishi orqali atrof-muhitning yomonlashishiga olib kelishi mumkin.<\/p><div><br \/><div><div><p>FGD tizimlari odatda tozalash jarayonidan foydalangan holda, tutun gazidan oltingugurt dioksidini olib tashlash orqali ishlaydi. Eng keng tarqalgan FGD texnologiyasi ho&#039;l tozalash usuli bo&#039;lib, u ishqoriy eritmadan (odatda ohaktosh yoki ohak aralashmasi) foydalanib, tutun gazidagi oltingugurt dioksidi bilan reaksiyaga kirishadi va kaltsiy sulfat (gips) hosil qiladi. Keyin bu gipsni olib tashlash va qurilish materiallari kabi turli xil qo&#039;llanmalarda ishlatish mumkin.<\/p><\/div><div><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p><strong>FGD tizimining asosiy ishlashi quyidagi bosqichlarni o&#039;z ichiga oladi:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Tutun gazining kirish joyi:<\/strong> Oltingugurt dioksidini o&#039;z ichiga olgan tutun gazi yonishdan keyin FGD tizimiga yo&#039;naltiriladi.<\/li><li><strong>Tozalash jarayoni:<\/strong> Gaz absorber minorasida yoki reaktor idishida odatda ohaktosh yoki ohak kabi tozalash eritmasiga duchor bo&#039;ladi. Ishqoriy eritma oltingugurt dioksidi bilan reaksiyaga kirishib, gips hosil qiladi.<\/li><li><strong>Gaz chiqishi:<\/strong> Tozalangan gaz, endi oltingugurt dioksidining katta qismidan ozod bo&#039;lib, quvur orqali chiqariladi.<\/li><li><strong>Gipsni olib tashlash:<\/strong> Reaksiyada hosil bo&#039;lgan gips yig&#039;iladi va olib tashlanadi, ko&#039;pincha qurilish sanoatida qayta ishlatiladi yoki tegishli ravishda yo&#039;q qilinadi.<br \/><br \/>FGD tizimlari yuqori samarali bo&#039;lib, tutun gazidagi 90% dan ortiq oltingugurt dioksidini olib tashlashga qodir.
