Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and high-performing HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across manufacturing, engineering, sales, logistics, and support functions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic hiring needs, build recruitment systems, and make a direct impact on our growth across 15+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, WorkIndia, Indeed, Shine), campus placements, and referrals.
  • • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate, position-specific job descriptions.
  • • Conduct telephonic, Zoom, and face-to-face screenings to ensure quality shortlists.
  • • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases (Excel/ATS).
  • • Handle hiring for both blue-collar (factory, operators, logistics) and white-collar roles (sales, engineering, admin).
  • • Reduce hiring turnaround time (TAT) and streamline interview coordination.
  • • Support onboarding processes and HR documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Relations; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • • 3–6 years’ experience in HR recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial product sectors.
  • • Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, shopfloor hiring, campus hiring, and sales hiring.
  • • Proficiency in job portals, sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn.
  • • Excellent communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • • Strong in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment CRMs or ATS.
  • • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results independently
