En steg-f\u00f6r-steg-beskrivning:\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-597570c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"597570c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Processen inuti ett ESP-system utvecklas i n\u00e5gra viktiga steg:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Laddning av partiklarna (jonisering):<\/strong> Den smutsiga gasstr\u00f6mmen kommer in i ESP:n. H\u00e4r passerar den genom en sektion som inneh\u00e5ller h\u00f6gsp\u00e4nningsurladdningselektroder, \u00e4ven k\u00e4nda som &quot;urladdningstr\u00e5dar&quot;. Dessa elektroder genererar ett starkt elektriskt f\u00e4lt som joniserar gasmolekylerna runt dem. Som ett resultat tar partiklarna i gasstr\u00f6mmen upp en negativ laddning. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 det som att ge varje liten f\u00f6rorening en negativ etikett.<\/li><li><strong>Insamling av laddade partiklar (insamling):<\/strong> De negativt laddade partiklarna str\u00f6mmar sedan genom en uppsamlingssektion best\u00e5ende av positivt laddade plattor. Eftersom motsatta laddningar attraherar varandra dras partiklarna till dessa plattor likt nattfj\u00e4rilar till en l\u00e5ga. De fastnar p\u00e5 plattorna och avl\u00e4gsnar dem effektivt fr\u00e5n gasstr\u00f6mmen.<\/li><li><strong>Avl\u00e4gsna de insamlade partiklarna (knacka):<\/strong> Med tiden blir uppsamlingsplattorna t\u00e4ckta med de uppf\u00e5ngade f\u00f6roreningarna. Ett &quot;knackningssystem&quot; anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna detta ackumulerade damm. Detta inneb\u00e4r att plattorna skakas eller vibreras mekaniskt, vilket g\u00f6r att dammet lossnar och faller ner i uppsamlingstrattar som sitter l\u00e4ngst ner p\u00e5 ESP:n.<\/li><li><strong>Avfallshantering av uppsamlat damm:<\/strong> Det uppsamlade dammet, nu en koncentrerad avfallsprodukt, avl\u00e4gsnas fr\u00e5n beh\u00e5llarna och kasseras p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. Detta avfall kan ibland \u00e5tervinnas eller anv\u00e4ndas i andra industriella processer, beroende p\u00e5 dess sammans\u00e4ttning.<\/li><li><strong>Ren luft ut:<\/strong> Slutligen sl\u00e4pps den
