Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive/Manager to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and coordinating industry events. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients via cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • • Maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product promotion.
  • • Create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
  • • Manage and maintain the companys social media presence.
  • • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
  • • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • • Conduct market research to identify trends, customers, and competitors.
  • • Create and manage social media sales campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • • Generate leads through social media platforms by targeting specific demographics and industries.
  • • Establish and maintain an active LinkedIn profile for direct outreach, lead nurturing, and connection building.
  • • Use social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance and identify areas of improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • • Proven experience in marketing & sales (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • • Lead generation, pipeline management, and client conversion skills
  • • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • • Social media management & advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • • Content creation and marketing collateral development
  • • Event marketing and networking experience
  • • Market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • • Proficiency with analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve customer issues
