직무 개요

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and execute industrial air pollution control projects across Germany and international locations. This role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to drive complex industrial projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

주요 책임

• Manage end-to-end project execution for both domestic and international clients.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and timeline adherence.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and detailed project schedules.
• Implement project management practices focusing on time, cost, quality, risk, and integration.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Build strong client relationships with regular updates, presentations, and feedback sessions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve project issues through proactive coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, design techniques, and project documentation.
• Proven experience managing international projects with global clients.
• Prior exposure to Air Pollution Control projects strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Bag Filters and ESP systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in German or French is highly desirable.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
