직무 개요

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce projects. Candidates with AdWords Certifications (e.g., Search Advanced) will be given higher preference. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

주요 책임

• Campaign Management
o Setup, manage, and optimize AdWords and Facebook PPC advertising campaigns.
o Implement and monitor conversion tracking systems.
o Optimize spends and campaign performance using Google Analytics insights.
• SEO & Content Marketing
o Conduct keyword research and keyword optimization.
o Work with content writers for content creation and editing.
o Manage publishing of content across WordPress sites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Website & Email Marketing
o Manage and update website content (basic WordPress/HTML skills).
o Support and execute email marketing campaigns.
o Assist with SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
• Reporting & Analytics
o Measure and report performance of all campaigns.
o Track and evaluate results against KPIs and ROI targets.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordination & Teamwork
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors.
o Ensure timely communication and delivery of all tasks.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AdWords and Facebook Ads management.
• Knowledge of keyword research, selection, and link building.
• AdWords Certifications preferred.

기술 및 경험

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with WordPress, HTML (basic), Google Analytics, MS Office/Google Drive.
• Knowledge of SEO, blogging, and email marketing is an added advantage.
• Must be disciplined with daily communication and reporting.
• Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation.
