In cooperation with the Arab League, the council of Arab ministers for environment, Lebanese cement manufacturers, and the United Nations Environment Program, the Arab Union for Cement and Building Materials organized the international conference “Environmental protection in cement and building materials industries” for the 7th time. In a lecture, the retrofit concepts of electrostatic precipitator into bag filter were presented by Intensiv-Filter Himenviro. Detailed information on the latest developments in the area of improved filter media (ProTex) and energy-saving technology (Three E), pointed out the benefits of bag filters – without enormous investments and downtime, but with improved and enhanced energy efficiency.
