Az er\u0151m\u0171vek, cement\u00e9get\u0151 kemenc\u00e9k, ac\u00e9lkemenc\u00e9k, k\u00e9miai reaktorok \u00e9s biomassza-kaz\u00e1nok naponta hatalmas mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 f\u00fcstg\u00e1zt bocs\u00e1tanak ki, \u00e9s megfelel\u0151 sz\u0171r\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl ezek a kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1sok hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulnak a leveg\u0151szennyez\u00e9shez \u00e9s a szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sok megs\u00e9rt\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Az egyik legmegb\u00edzhat\u00f3bb \u00e9s legsz\u00e9lesebb k\u00f6rben haszn\u00e1lt sz\u0171r\u00e9si technol\u00f3gia ennek a kih\u00edv\u00e1snak a kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re az elektrosztatikus porlev\u00e1laszt\u00f3 (ESP).<\/p><div><p><br \/>Az ESP (elektrosztatikus sz\u0171r\u0151) az ipari leveg\u0151t \u00fagy tiszt\u00edtja, hogy elektromosan felt\u00f6lti a r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9ket, \u00e9s ellent\u00e9tesen t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt lemezeken gy\u0171jti \u00f6ssze azokat, \u00edgy rendk\u00edv\u00fcl magas sz\u0171r\u00e9si hat\u00e9konys\u00e1got \u00e9r el alacsony nyom\u00e1ses\u00e9s mellett. Amikor a szennyezett g\u00e1z bel\u00e9p a kamr\u00e1ba, az elektr\u00f3d\u00e1k koron\u00e1t hoznak l\u00e9tre, \u00e9s nagyfesz\u00fclts\u00e9g\u0171 egyen\u00e1ram \u00e1ltal el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtott ioniz\u00e1lt g\u00e1zmez\u0151t bocs\u00e1tanak ki. Ahogy a g\u00e1zmolekul\u00e1k ioniz\u00e1l\u00f3dnak, az elektronok \u00e9s ionok a porr\u00e9szecsk\u00e9khez tapadnak, negat\u00edv t\u00f6lt\u00e9st adva nekik.
