load.\u00a0The filter surface load is generally between 0.5 m\u00a0<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0\/(m\u00a0<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0min) and 2.5 m\u00a0<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0\/(m\u00a0<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0min), but in individual cases it can also be significantly higher.\u00a0Usual pressure differences are in the range of 400 Pa to 1,500 Pa.\u00a0These areas are determined by the
