Job Overview

We are seeking a sharp, proactive operator to join the Founder’s Office as a strategic problem solver. This role blends strategy, operations, and technical oversight, acting as the connective link between Engineering, Production, HR, and Sales. You will translate the founder’s vision into action, enable high-leverage systems, and ensure accountability across the organization. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys operating at the nerve center of a founder-led company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving & Execution
  • • Resolve day-to-day founder challenges across engineering, plant operations, and people management.
  • • Coordinate across departments to ensure no loose ends or missed details.
  • • Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements to accelerate execution.
  • Technical & Process Insight
  • • Work with engineering, MIS, production, and CRM teams to resolve technical or process bottlenecks.
  • • Support digitization and automation initiatives (Zoho systems, MIS dashboards, workflows).
  • • Track adoption of tools and ensure effective use across teams.
  • People & Project Management
  • • Maintain cross-functional accountability, following up with MIS, EA, DEOs, and plant coordinators.
  • • Review communications, documents, and agendas to surface priorities for the Founder.
  • • Lead daily/weekly standups for updates, blockers, and performance tracking.
  • Strategic Support & Founder Enablement
  • • Convert the founder’s vision into actionable, measurable plans.
  • • Manage OKRs, weekly scorecards, and reporting dashboards.
  • • Act as a thinking partner on new ideas, product explorations, and strategic decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Startup Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Manufacturing Ops, Process Improvement, or Founder’s Office roles.
  • • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.); exposure to tech systems, process digitization, or engineering projects preferred.
  • • Founder-style ownership, first-principles thinking, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • • High emotional intelligence with a balance of fast execution and strategic thinking.
